These luminaries have a lot to answer for; Don Draper, Frank Sinatra, Carrie Bradshaw, Marilyn Monroe, Alicia Keys, Miles Davies and Tony Soprano. They’re the temptresses of my New York love affair.

Built on a historic and elevated rail line, the High Line was destined for demolition until the community and City of New York rallied together and converted it into public green space. Since its opening in 2009, the High Line is often decorated with pretty young things sauntering along the elevated public space weaving 24 blocks through the lower west side.
